Apart from the lovely floral flavour you'd expect from a quality gin, there's a rare, uniquely Sugarbird citrus twang along with a hint of Cape Fynbos, for which Sugarbird is now famous. The smoothness of this fynbos gin goes superbly with chicken dishes and or soft white meat. Especially
