The grapes come from the legendary vineyards of La Morra and Serralunga. The soil is a calcareous sandy soil with traces of magnesium and manganese. VINIFICATION: The grapes from the different vineyards are harvested separately, fermented in stainless steel vats and aged for 12 months in wooden barrels.
