Pale to medium ruby purple in color, the barrel sample of the 2019 Pinot Noir le Caprice (due to be bottled within the next few days) explodes from the glass with a profound, complex perfume of kirsch, raspberry coulis, mulberries and candied violets, followed by hints of chocolate
