Midleton Irish Whiskey Very Rare (700ml) 2023 Margaret River I was the assistant winemakerWonderful aromas of smoked trout, lead pencil, ink, dried fruit, beeswax, toasted Brazil nut and parchment. Finish is sublimely elegant and sophisticated. Wine Enthusiast 96 100 points
