We would pair it with a sausage and broccoli rabe pizza, from your favorite spot. Dolcetto, meaning "little sweet one" is not sweet, but rather the lighter, fruitier, and brighter version of its Piedmontese peers. More akin to an earthier Pinot Noir, Dolcetto shows off refreshing red berries and can do nicely with a slight chill (54 degrees).
