We sent some American Oak kegs on a round trip to The Filling Station Microbrewery in Traverse City. They filled the kegs with Imperial Stout, then emptied and returned them to Iron Fish, to be refueled with bourbon sourced by Iron Fish while our farm distilled whiskey ages.
