After a 72 hour pre maceration, fermentation takes place at a strictly controlled temperature in stainless steel tanks with daily stirring. The wine is then aged for 6 months in French oak barrels. VIEW: Cherry red wine with a violet hue. BOUQUET: Elegant, medium intensity aroma with notes of red fruits, licorice, and toasted bread. MOUTH: Soft, silky, very well balanced
