Description

called Altro Locale

Nose: Nutty and rich

tomato and fresh dill salsa or roast chicken breast stuffed with spina ch and feta cheese

This wine is made of 97% Tempranillo and 3% Graciano (Gra-thee-ano)

Drappier Champagne Brut Carte d'Or, N/V (15L) black cherry called Altro LocaleThis wine is a Pinot Noir dominated blend with Chardonnay and Meunier as well. It is almost a true Blanc de Noirs, or white wine made from red grapes. It has slightly more residual sugar and vinous texture showing strong notes of yellow apple, nectarine and quince. We would pair it with a hot honey fried chicken sandwich.
