Marttiini Condor Fish Fork (plastic sheath) outers-and-midlayers and the solid fittings standA fillet fork is an indispensable tool for fish filleting. The fork proves its worth especially when removing the skin from a fish fillet. It provides you with a good grip of the fish or fillet without you having to worry that the knife will slip on to your fingers. The Condor fillet fork has a normal knife handle to enable you to get the best possible grip. This fork is supplied with a plastic sheath. We recommend hand wash.
