Atelier Vie Calio Rum Bottled in Bond Gin Finished Edition (750ml) Bolivia with suave floral and gingerbreadThis special edition of Calio Rum began as an experiment. While our standard edition of Calio is fermented with a rum yeast, this edition was fermented with a whiskey yeast. Then, we entered the distillate into a barrel that had been previously used to age whiskey and our barrel aged gin.
