such a balanced and elegant sparkling
It has an explosion fo cassis in the nose
unfiltered and no sulphites added
This obviously might change in the future as the wine ages and develops
Color Rot Pet Nat 2020 Amphora Wines such a balanced and elegantSchrammel 2. 0 Color Rot is a very light red pet nat, only 10% of alcohol. It is a refreshing wine, perfect for summer days. A bit of cinnamon and smoky notes to add to its delicious aromas of cherry, cranberry and red currant. Important: be careful when opening the bottle, lots of foam will shoot out!
